Director of Human Resources over 5,600 employees
Director of Marketing with a $31 million dollar a year budget where he managed marketing for names like IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle and Hewlett-Packard
Regional Sales Manager
In addition he was in charge of Organizational Development for a company who was on Fortune Magazine’s 100 fastest growing companies . . . three years in a row.
As President of Synergy Solutions LLC, he works with corporate, government and association organizations across the country, helping them grow their sales and businesses as a consultant, speaker and facilitator.
Beside being a regular speaker at Chamber events, Kordell also facilitates Chamber Board Strategic Planning retreats and speaks to Chamber Executive groups across the country, sharing the tricks, tips and traps of Chamber growth.
