Kordell Norton BIO - overview

As a professional speaker and facilitator, Kordell has a rich background in business management and organizational development in companies ranging from small start-ups to multi-billion dollar Fortune 1000. 

 As a consultant, trainer and facilitator . . . He has worked with companies like: IBM, the American Bankers Association, Microsoft, Social Security Administration, Hewlett-Packard, The Ohio State University, YMCA, Boeing, The Veterans Administration, Bayer, Technicolor, Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, First Energy, and many others.    

In the last few  years he has worked with quite a few educators on Strategic Planning, Marketing Planning and as a contractor to their corporate customers for Sales and Customer Service training.  Some of these clients include:  The Ohio State University, Cuyahoga Valley Career Center, James Rhodes State College, Buckeye Hills Career Center, High Schools That Work, Columbus State Community College, Ohio Department of Education, Medina Career Center, Ohio Board of Regents, Southern State Community College, Wayne County Career Center and others.

 As a facilitator he draws on decades of personal experience in working with programs from: The Tom Peters Group, Walt Disney Training, Zig Ziglar Corporation, Dale Carnegie Programs, Development Dimensions International, The Grove Consultants International and others.

Kordell Norton - Sales Bio

Kordell Norton knows sales.  He started selling Box Lunches on the sidewalk to Tourists as a twelve year old.  Remember the No-Name Generics phenomenon in the grocery stores in the 1970s and 80's.  That was Kordell.  Ever hear of a little device call the Personal Computer?  Kordell was in charge of marketing  for the number ! reseller of PC's in the US as they sold 5,000 to 7,000 personal computers a day for names like IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and Apple.  He has managed retail sales, been regional sales manager, called on "C" level executives for Fortune 500 companies  . . . Kordell knows sales. 

 

He has been a  teacher of  selling skills to bankers, educators, computer sales people, consultants, small businesses, associations and the list goes on and on.
