Team Building with Kordell Norton.

By using classic team models (for example the Drexler-Sibbet model below),  team assessment tools and experiential games and exercises we take teams to high performance.  Your team will experience a high energy, entertaining, and interactive and participative event as they discover those areas that need to be specifically addressed to move to high performance.

What are some of the things teams do in our workshops?  Using newspaper, mouse traps and yes  . . . sometimes even rubber chickens we make these events dynamic and participant rich.  Based on the needs of your team, your group might experience. . .
